How to add numbers that have ported or are in the porting process to the iPECS OMS Cloud Portal
- In the Change Order screen, click on the Number Ordering tab
- Click on the site you want to add a number to and then click on the quantity button
- In the Note field, enter details of the existing numbers that you want to add. If the numbers are being ported then please add comments to say Porting or Ported or you can also include the Hub Port Order number as a reference.
- Please note that a large volume of data can be entered in the Note field, please feel free to copy and paste numbers into this field from a spreadsheet if you are working with a big list of numbers.
- Please be aware that if you are presenting a number that has not yet ported to the Pragma SIP Trunk with Gamma then you must ensure you enter a valid Gamma DDI in the PAID for emergency Call field in the User Setup page of the Manager Portal for the Customer account.
This will ensure you are compliant with the Ofcom regulations to present a number that you do not own.
