This document is intended to provide the reader with information on how Pragma bill for the Hybrid Lifetime Licence as part of the monthly bill run to our partners

Hybrid lifetime licences are ordered on the iPECS OMS in the Hybrid section of the lifetime licence menu. This licence functions in the same way as a standard up front lifetime licence but allows the Reseller to spread the cost over a 36-month period.
Once the order has been processed in the iPECS OMS, the Pragma billing team receive a notification to confirm an order for this licence type has been placed. We then add the billing charge to the correct Reseller record with a start date to match the date the order was placed and an end date, 36 months later.
The service charge will continue to bill each month for the same quantity until the billing end date is reached.
When the Hybrid lifetime licence is active and assigned to a live customer, you will also see a lifetime licence maintenance fee being billed against the customer. This is in addition to the purchase fee explained above.
