This document provides the reader with the information they need on how the Tollring Hybrid billing information is presented and shared.

Tollring provides Pragma with an SDR billing file on the 1st of each month. This file contains all the billing data for the previous month. For example, the file sent on the 1st of July would contain the data for billing usage in June.
The Tollring Hybrid service is billed for a full month, and Pragma and our Partners are billed for the peak service quantity during the month.
We bill our partners two months in arrears. For example, we would issue an invoice in August for services in June.
SIP Channel Usage
This is billed by the peak concurrent calls, so you may see more than one charge row per month.
For example:
The total quantity for the month is 11, but this was read as 10 on 01/11, and an extra licence was added on 02/11. Both rows are billed at the same unit price.
Service Charge Type: TOLLRING ICALL-HYB-REC-SIP

The service is billed for at the actual peak of concurrent SIP channel usage every month. It is possible that a customer has 30 x SIP channels, but Tollring only sees 24 channels used at the same time at some point in the billed month.
Monthly Invoice & File format
The bill run is processed at the start of each month, and invoices with supporting files are issued on the fourth working day.
In our billing system, customer names are prefixed with the word HYBRID.
Each month, you will receive the following documents:
- Invoice PDF –
- Invoice report PDF - this shows a detailed breakdown of the charges by the end customer
- The SDR file (Service Detail File) displays all billed service charges in the UK-Standard-CDR-Format-v3_01 format.
