Tollring issues Pragma a billing file on the 1st of each month.
We then import this billing file into our billing system for processing. As this processing takes some time to ensure accuracy, Pragma will bill this to our reseller in arrears for two months. For example, the Reseller November invoice will include Tollring iCS Insight charges for September.

All Tollring iCS Service charges will be found on your cloud invoice and SDR file.
Autodetection of Endpoint quantities
The iCall suite software automatically detects when extensions or users are added to the cloud portal and bills them accordingly.
If the extensions are mislabelled on the iCALL Suite this may cause misbilling. Please take a look at the iCALL Extensions guide if you would like to check the labelling on the endpoints is correct.
