If a customer closes on the iPECS OMS, all ELG service charge billing will have an end date that matches the approval date in the OMS, and advanced rentals will be refunded.
Billing for any services supplied by a third party will continue until the service is ceased with the third-party vendor and billing to Pragma has ended.
The customer's name in our billing system will be updated as ‘ZZZ CLOSED ZZZ customer name.’ This will be seen on the PDF invoice report that you receive for billing.
