This article will provide the required information on how our billing system is updated when a customer is moved to service stop or service start status within the iPECS OMS.

Service Stop
If a customer is set to Service Stop on the iPECS OMS, all ELG service charge billing will have an end date and advanced rentals will be refunded.
We cannot pause the billing this way for any services a third-party supplies.
When a customer has been service stopped, this information will be accessible on the iPECS OMS within the Customer Info menu under Customer Status, Stopped.
Service Resume
If a customer is moved from service stop back to service resumed in the OMS. All ELG service charge billing will be re-entered on the customer record in our billing system with a new start date, billing for one month in advance.
