This document will provide information on how Pragma bills for the monthly billable hardware as part of the monthly bill run to our partners.

Hardware items can be ordered on the iPECS OMS and paid for over 36 months. If you need this, please make sure the order is placed with the additional code that includes an M to signify monthly billing. E.g. IPC1-PR-1040-M
Once our warehouse team has despatched the order, Pragma Billing will add the billing charge to the correct customer record, with a start date matching the date the order was despatched and an end date 36 months later.
The service charge will continue to bill for the same quantity each month until the billing end date is reached.
