This article will provide information on how Pragma bill the IPC-MSTEAMS Call2Teams product to our partners.

Our provider makes a billing file available to Pragma on the 1st of each month. This file is imported into our billing system, and all charges are processed and assigned to the correct customer for onward billing.
The Customer ID from the OMS is used to identify the correct customer for charging.
The billing start date will be the same as the billing file our provider sends and will align with the date the product is live for you to use.
All Pragma Service charges are billed 1 x month in advance.
There is no pro rata on the charges for IPC-MSTEAMS, so we will bill for a full month irrespective of the system's start date or end date.
The charges will be included in your monthly bill run invoice issued on the 4th working day of the month.
