This article will explain how Pragma bills for the Hybrid Lifetime Licence as part of the monthly bill run to our partners.

Hybrid lifetime licences are ordered on the iPECS OMS in the Hybrid section of the lifetime licence menu. This licence functions like a standard upfront lifetime licence but allows the partnerto spread the cost over 36 months.
Once the order has been processed in the iPECS OMS, the Pragma billing team will receive a notification to confirm that an order for this licence type has been placed. We then add the billing charge to the correct Reseller record with a start date to match the date the order was placed and an end date 36 months later.
The service charge will continue to bill for the same quantity each month until the billing end date is reached.
When the Hybrid lifetime licence is active and assigned to a live customer, you will also see a lifetime licence maintenance fee being billed against the customer. This is in addition to the purchase fee explained above.
