This document is intended to provide the reader with advice for choosing the correct Losing Communications Provider on their port request
Geographic ports
Check the list of names in the drop-down list in the Losing Provider field to find the LCP (Losing Communications Provider) that your customer has provided on their signed LOA.
If the LCP you are looking for is not in the drop down list in the Hub when creating a port then you will need to select Other and manually write in the LCP name in the Losing Provider Name field that appears. When you select Other this means that your port order will be processed manually with Gamma by Pragma.
Do not select Other if your LCP is showing in the list of LCP names, if the LCP name on the LOA is BT or Openreach then you should still select BT Openreach from the list.
Non-geographic ports
For a non-geographic number port, Gamma will require further details. Please attach the LOA to your port request and add the LCP account number in the Account Number with Losing Provider field shown below.
Gamma will also require the average number of mins per month for the number so please add this in brackets after the account number as per the below example:
