This document is intended to provide the reader with the correct process for requesting specific numbers from Gamma. This sits outside of the usual process of ordering new numbers via the OMS where these are randomly allocated by Gamma upon selection
Pragma order process
Send a mail to OrderTeam@wearepragma.co.uk to request the specific number requirement, for example an 0808 number (non-geo) or range of 10 x 01342 22xxxx (geo).
The Order Team will reply back with a list of available numbers that match your requirements to be reviewed with your customer.
Please note that these available Gamma numbers can move quickly and may not be available when you come back to check so we recommend your customer chooses several options.
Reply back to the Order Team to advise which numbers you would like. At this point you can either reserve the numbers for up to 4 days or you can continue with a number purchase.
If you do want to order these numbers then please ensure you provide the end customer name and address when you reply.
Please do not raise your request to add a number on the OMS portal until we confirm this is purchased and live on our endpoint. No further action should be taken by yourself at this point and the customer should not create any collateral for specific numbers until you have the confirmation from Pragma that the numbers are live.
- The Order Team will confirm back to advise that the required numbers are purchased and live.
- You can raise your order in the OMS to request the numbers to be added to your account and customer accordingly.
