KBOP030 creating a Demo account in the OMS

This document is intended to provide the reader with the correct process to create a Demo Customer account in the iPECS Cloud OMS portal

1. Select Create New Customer
   
   
2. Choose Demo in the drop-down field for Customer Type as shown below in the Customer Info tab.
   
3. In the Service Plan & Customer Site tab, select Demo Customer Plan in the drop down field for Service Plan as shown below
   
4. From there you can add all the mandatory details to create the demo customer account.
   
   
5. In the Order Items tab, you can choose any of the user licences that are displayed there to be added – please note the system will automatically limit the quantity to 3 when you come to submit the request.
   
6. The approval and final confirm for this are the same as a request to create a standard Customer account.
