      KBOP033 OMS process to return a 3rd party Mondago user licence

      This document is intended to provide the reader with the correct process return a 3rd party Mondago user licence

      1. In Change Order for your Customer, go to the Order Items tab
      2. In the Change Current Order Items field, find your user licence and click on the line to amend the quantity to a negative number for the quantity of licences you wish to return
      3. Now move to a different tab within Change Order, for example Trunk Channel
      4. Go back to the Order Items tab
      5. Scroll down, you will now see that an additional field is available at the bottom of the page called 3rd Party Licence Serial
      6. Select the serial numbers that you want to return and click the arrows in the middle to move these over to the To be Returned section
      7. You will now be able to Save and Submit your order
