      KBOP037 OMS Reseller guide to ordering CONNECT for iPECS ONE

      This document provides the reader with the correct process to order CONNECT licences in the OMS iPECS Cloud portal

      1. In the Change Order request screen, go to the Order Items tab and search for CONNECT to find the correct part code which is IPC1-PR-ONE-CONNECT.

        1. Complete and submit your order as normal and Final Confirm this.
        2. The Pragma Orders team will send an email to confirm that they have received your CONNECT order and the licences will be ordered for this accordingly.
        3. The Orders team will create the API key for your customer in the iPECS Cloud portal, and raise the order for the required licences.
        4. The Orders team will send the licences once available along with a URL link that provides further information on using the licences.
