This document is intended to provide the reader with the correct process to request a Consolidated Reporting Group for Analytics.
Please note that the Customer must have at least one Analytics Supervisor assigned in order to be put in a consolidated
An e-mail should be sent to OrderTeam@wearepragma.co.uk to make the request and this must include the below information.
- Platform (Wholesale or SP):
- Reseller Name:
- Desired Consolidated Reporting Group Name:
- Customer Tenants to be added (please provide the Tenants in a list format):
- EG:
- Customer Tenant 1
- Customer Tenant 2
- Customer Tenant 3
- Supervisor Extension(s) that should be given elevated access (please provide the Supervisor Extensions in a list format alongside the Customer Tenant that they exist under):
- EG:
- Supervisor Extension 1 and Customer Tenant xxx
- Supervisor Extension 2 and Customer Tenant xxx
- Supervisor Extension 3 and Customer Tenant xxx

Upon receipt of the e-mail, the Orders team will create the required Consolidated Reporting Group and confirm back when complete.
Note: The Supervisor user who is given elevated access will then be able to give that same access to other users within the group, the same applies if users need to be removed. If the initial Supervisor user added needs to be removed then a request should be made to the Orders team to do this action.
