This document is intended to provide the reader with the correct process to move numbers between partners.
Request numbers to be moved:
- Notify the Orders team via e-mail cloudorders@wearepragma.co.uk to advise that a customer wants to move their numbers to your reseller account from another of our reseller accounts
Include any numbers and MAC addresses in the email that you wish to be moved over
- The Orders team will then contact the reseller who currently owns that number to notify them of the transfer (please note we give 10 working days notice)
- Once a date has been confirmed, the team will request you to place an order on that day at 10:30am and request the partner who currently owns that number to make a return order at 11am. This ensures a quick move for minimal down time.
Process to return numbers:
- You will need to remove any association this number has, this could be linked to an extension, a group, a site or the company outgoing caller ID
- The number will then be able to be returned, go to the OMS portal > Customer > Modify Existing customer > select the customer > Change order
- Once in Change Order, navigate to Number Ordering, you will the be able to select the DDIs to be returned
- Tick the DDIs to be returned and use the arrow to move the numbers to the right
- Select Save & Submit order once the DDIs have been moved across
- The team will then approve the order and the numbers will be available to move once the order is Final Confirmed
