      KBOP041 OMS process for returning MAC addresses

      This document is intended to provide the reader with the correct process for returning MAC addresses to be reused.

      1. Before returning the MAC addresses, all provisioning must be removed from the Users in the Customer Manager Portal
      2. Go to Customers, Modify Existing Customer and select Un-shipped Device Allocate
      3. Scroll down until Individual Device Return appears. This will then allow you to select the MAC address you would like to return back into your stock pool ready to be used elsewhere.
      4.  Click submit, this will not need to be approved by the O&P team and the MAC will be available to select in the section above
