This document is intended to provide the reader with a guide to tracking an order that has been shipped for physical items
When you onboard with Pragma we will request an e-mail address to be allocated to your account and used for sending all DPD shipping notifications, this can be changed at any time.
Once the item has been collected by DPD you will receive a "no reply" email from DPD confirming the delivery day and address.
On the day of delivery, once the consignment has been loaded on to the van at the local depot you will receive a second "no reply" e-mail notification which will contain an approximate time you can expect to receive your delivery.
The e-mail notification will also contain a link to a DPD tracking page which will confirm the delivery details and give you additional delivery options, if for example no one will be present at the address. You will also be given the option to change your delivery day. Please see example below:
To check that the delivery has been received, this can be accessed via the link to the DPD tracking page which will show an image of the delivery and who has signed for it/arrival time. Please note that currently there are no images available for Northern Ireland consignments.
In the event of any service delays or disruption, you will receive an additional no reply e-mail from DPD confirming this.
