Pragma work in partnership with Multimessage Logistics to provide warranty and repair services on all Ericsson-LG products right the way back to the legacy products including GSX.
Please register online with your companies details and then you will be able to access warranty repair on all items and utilise our online web portal to check if the item is still under warranty or if chargeable repair is applicable.
All Pragma orders are bar code scanned as they enter and leave our warehouse and using this bar code shown on the back of every product you can easily check if the product is still under warranty. Simply enter the barcode on the Pragma-Multimessage web portal and you will be able to see if the product is still under warranty.
We operate a simple model for warranty based on the following:
- 0 to 30 days from date of invoice DOA process with Technical Support
- 30 days to 24 months from date of invoice it is a warranty repair so please use the web portal to manage the repair and return of the item
- 24 months plus is out of warranty and considered a chargeable repair so please use web portal in conjunction with our repair price list.
We have used the date of invoice for all warranties as it provides an easy to manage approach for resellers and for us. We believe it is important for warranty to start from the moment you buy the item from us not from date of manufacture.
Using the Web Portal you will also be able to track all items and be 100% in control of all of your repairs and outstanding warranty claims.
